Death is the road to awe from “The Fountain” soundtrack is such a good example of a multiple orgasm song. I know Geza must love it, wherever he may be. Not to mention, some songs are, for me, eternally connected to certain people or events. Sometimes because they are the ones who first played me the song, or maybe we listened to it together on more than one occasion, or perhaps there is a story, a memory that connects us with the song.

I heard from a few people that when they hear the Pixies’ No. 13 Baby, a song I voraciously listened to about 20 years ago, as well as other songs, they always think of me.
It obviously works both ways.

Music has carved them into my heart and me into theirs.
